I’ve gone through a tonne of changes these last 2 years and entering a “new me” at 38 and after huge weight loss, I’m ready to share with you my journey - to see how I look as I have had my year of Health last year, I’m entering a new life of strength, establishing confidence, fitness, adventure and self-expression! This space documents that journey: fitness, self-appreciation, and exploring what feeling comfortable and confident in my own body looks like now. It’s about growth, empowerment and reconnecting with myself… nothing performative, nothing secretive. Just a woman owning her body and her evolution - aaaaand trying to like herself again after a rough decade or two haha. This is my safe space to explore the other side of me 🥰 All should feel empowered in their own bodies 💜🦋
