We met when I was in a halfway house and he was in county jail, just waiting to hear his fate. ​Since that day, he’s been my absolute priority, but we’ve never actually had our time in the free world together. Ten years of video visits, phone calls, and letters. It’s a lonely road holding it down for a man you’ve never spent a normal day with, but he’s my everything. ​I’m here on Fanvue because the house is quiet and the wait is long.
