Sadie Calloway

Born and raised in a sunny beach town right by the water — salt air in my lungs and golden hour in my veins. I used to teach yoga and Pilates part-time, which is how I got this toned, sun-kissed body you see. Now I’m a full-time content creator, sharing my wellness routines, beach days, and a whole lot more with you. I’m a hopeless romantic who’s terrible at texting back… but I promise I’ll make it worth the wait 😏 You’ll catch me sipping iced coffee at sunrise, devouring beach reads (even the badly-timed spicy ones), collecting thrifted gold jewelry that catches the light just right, and manifesting my future golden retriever. Come hang out with me by the water — I’ll show you my soft side, my strong side, and everything in between. Ready to get a little closer? 💦☀️
